The IMAGE Lab in Rolfs Hall is only for instructors in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Access will be granted to instructors who need to use the IMAGE Lab equipment for the development of graphical and web-related materials to be used in their instruction.
Instructors will need a CLAS account with IMAGE access enabled to use the unix systems. Instructors should request their accounts be enabled through the computer contact for the department which employs them as an instructor. Having IMAGE access will not otherwise affect the standard departmental account, email, or services. IMAGE access will be reviewed every other semester, and may be renewed at the request of the department contact.
The IMAGE Lab is staffed by the Instructional Technology Specialist and/or employees of CLASNET. Other users with access who are not employed by CLASNET are not expected nor permitted to grant access to other users. The IMAGE Lab is not a part of the NWE, nor is overlapping access automatic. The IMAGE Lab is not to be used as a substitute for NWE access. The lab is for graphical work on teaching materials only.
