To use these templates, save the template file onto your webspace, save the stylesheet onto your webspace, and then change the variables to customize your site. Once you've saved the first page, just do 'save as' to make a new page.
The images on the templates are from Flickr, a database of creative commons use images, and the colors for each of the templates are controlled by the stylesheet. So to change the color, just save the stylesheet into your web directory and then edit it to alter the colors for all of your webpages.
