Brendan Riley's CGI Gradebook

Brendan Riley developed a CGI gradebook program so that teachers can enter and change grades through a web interface and students can check their grades through the same web interface.

Teachers can input grades on a point or percentage system and can input comments. This is a really great program because it allows an easy format for students to keep track of their grades from any web browser. It's also a great program because it offers teachers an easy method for archiving student grades and comments, which are needed in cases of grade contestation, for teaching evaluations and awards, and could be helpful in job searches to demonstrate your teaching methods.

For a demo of the program, go to this page.

The program is available through this page. Please follow the directions there and email help@image.ufl.edu if you have any problems setting up the gradebook.
