Use this form to contact the IMAGE help staff. We welcome questions, comments, suggestions, or reports of physical or virtual problem with the IMAGE lab computer system (such as a file system error, unresponsive computer, or broken monitor).

If you can't use this form, you can send email to help@image.ufl.edu. If, due to a technical problem, you are not able to send email or use this form, call 352-392-6294 and leave a descriptive message. Include all the information requested below, especially your name and the location of the problem.
